I have several Visual FoxPro DBF files that I am attempting to export to Excel. Some of them work but some files will hang at 100% and never actually export to Excel. At this point, I have to end the program through Task Manager. Does anyone have any ideas as to why this may be happening?
I figured out a workaround. I must first open the Visual FoxPro dbf file in DBF Commander. Next, go to File>Structure. Then, change the the File Type to dBase III plus. At that point, I can open the the dbf file directory from Excel.
