I am exporting the DBF structure using the structure command I have submitted the before and after of the file structure. No matter what the original field length is, all the exported field lengths are 48.

The issue related to showing the data in Excel - the actual data in the sheet's cell is correct. Please select the entire column (e.g. Width), right-click on it and select 'Format Cells...' context menu item. Set number format with 0 decimal places and click OK. The cells will have correct appearance.
The issue will be fixed in one of the next releases.

P.S. You can also export to XLS instead of XLSX to avoid the issue.
Best regards,
