Tools, Delete Duplicates - Application Crash

When I select Tools, Delete Duplicates - the DBF Commander Pro closes with no error displayed. Event Viewer shows Applicaton Crash.

Any Suggestions?

I'm using DBF Commander Professional Version 6.0 Build 120
