Supported codepages

Postby shureek » Fri Sep 17, 2010 9:34 pm

At first, I should say that this is the best DBF editor I have ever used.
But I have several DBF files that seem to be in UTF-8 codepage. Why does not this program support it?

It'd be great, if you'll give me one (or a few) of these files. You can attach it to your reply.
Thanks.

Yeah, you need to convert UTF-8 characters to ANSI.
This feature will be added in the next release. I think, at the end of October.

Hi!
As we've promised, the new build of DBF Commander with UTF-8 to ANSI charset conversion was released. You can get it at http://elphsoft.com/download.html.
